Nuts to You!

This page is designed to help you decide which flavors might tempt your palate, or
the palates of those you are buying for. The following are brief descriptions of each
flavor with the types of nuts in which each are available.

Blueberry Crumble: Our newest flavor
tastes like a blueberry muffin, but it's a
whole lot better for you! Available in
Almonds or Pecans.
Cinnamon Crunch: This is the classic
flavor, the one you will find everywhere.
Available in Almonds, Pecans, Cashews, or a
mix of all three (Cinnamix). Walnuts and
Hazelnuts can be produced upon special
request.
Cinnamon Orange: A fresh orange flavor
with a hint of cinnamon. Available in
Almonds or Pecans.
Cherry Amaretto: Just like it sounds, a
nice cherry flavor. Available in Almonds or
Pecans
Cocoa Nuts: This is our version of
Chocolate - Not Coconut!! Available in
Almonds or Pecans.
Cocoa Mint: Our Chocolate with a hint of
mint. Similar to a Thin Mint Girl Scout
Cookie, but with a bit more crunch (and no
Girl Scouts were harmed in the making of this
flavor!) Available in Almonds or Pecans.
Chocolate Raspberry: Our Chocolate
with a decadent black raspberry flavor.
Available in Almonds or Pecans.
Ginger Spice: These are Bruce's personal
favorite - a subtle spice cake flavor without
too much ginger. Available in Almonds or
Pecans.
Harvest Mix: A delicious mixture of
Cinnamon Crunch Almonds and Pecans,
together with Ginger Spice Almonds and
Pecans, blended with Salted Roasted
Cashews. A great salty sweet snack mix.
Hot! Chocolate: A Mexican Chocolate
flavor with hints of red chili.. The flavor
finishes with a bit of mild heat. As we like to
say - The heat comes late to the party, but it
does get there! Available in Almonds or
Pecans.
Maple Spice: Think pancakes and
waffles, only crunchy. Available in Almonds
or Pecans. Hazelnuts are also sometimes
available.

Roasted Garlic: Slightly sweet, with a
great garlic flavor. Garlic lovers delight!
Available in Almonds or Pecans. Cashews
are also sometimes available.
Smokey Hot Chipotle: A subtle
smokey flavor accompanies the heat of the
chipotle pepper . The heat is more
pronounced - a good solid medium, but it can
sneak up on you and then linger on the
palate. Available in Almonds or Pecans.
Sweet Chili: Slightly sweet with a
subtle chili flavor. Still on the mild side, but
spicier than our Hot! Chocolate. Available
in Almonds or Pecans.
Vanilla Brown Sugar: One of our two
most popular flavors (with Cinnamon
Crunch being the other). Reminiscent of a
Southern Praline flavor. Available in
Almonds, Pecans, Cashews or a mix of all
three (Vanillamix)..
Wing Nuts: For all your friends who
have a screw loose! Okay, not really. These
are Buffalo Wing flavored and are about
medium hot on the spicy scale. Available in
Almonds or Pecans. Cashews are also
sometimes available.
Hot Buttered Rum: The first of our
limited holiday flavors. We only produce
these from October through December of
each year. They taste as good as they
sound. Available in Almonds, Pecans,
Cashews, or a mix of all three (Rummix).
Egg Nog: The second of our limited
holiday flavors. We only produce these from
October through December of each year.
For all the Egg Nog lovers out there, this
one is done with you in mind. If you like
Egg Nog, you will love this flavor.
Available in Almonds or Pecans.
Roasted Salted Nuts: We offer roasted
and salted Almonds or Cashews for those
customers who prefer a sugar-free option.
Hickory Smoke Almonds: Another
popular sugar-free option, and the ones that
go best with the malted fermented
beverages (beer!).
Salty Mix: A wonderful combination of
our Roasted Salted Almonds and Cashews
mixed with Hickory Smoke Almonds.
